By accessing or using the Wedlockers Website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use as amended from time to time.

You represent and warrant to Wedlockers that you are at least 18 years of age.

General and Non Commercial Use

The Wedlockers Website is for your personal use only. Except for the Material held in your computer’s cache or a single permanent copy of the Material for your personal use, you must not:
- modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish or license any Material;
- use or attempt to use any Material published on the Wedlockers Website to create any website or publication;
- mirror or frame any website or page within the Wedlockers Website;
- use any automated process of any sort to query, access or copy any Material on the Wedlockers Website or generate or compile any document or database based on the Material published on the Wedlockers Website; or
- transfer or sell any information or products or services offered on the Wedlockers Website without the written approval of Wedlockers.

If Wedlockers suffers any loss or damage or incurs any cost in connection with a breach by you of these terms and conditions you agree to pay Wedlockers the amount of any such loss, damage and costs.

Limitation of Liability

None of the publishers’ affiliates or directors, officers, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers or licensors makes any express or implied representation or warranty about, or shall be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damages or reliance in connection with the website, its use, its content or any products or services (including the Publishers’ products or services) referred to on the website. You are authorized to download and view content for your own personal, non-commercial use but you must not, without the prior written permission of the publisher, exploit any of our site materials for commercial purposes. And except as permitted under the Act (for example for the services of the Crown) no part of this website may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, communicated or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission.

Material on the Wedlockers Website

Wedlockers may publish or make available on the Wedlockers Website content that promotes businesses and their services, information about wedding suppliers, wedding images and video, statistics relating to the wedding industry, data, reviews, recognition and links supplied by Wedlockers and third parties (Material). While Wedlockers takes care to ensure that Material on the Wedlockers Website is correct, current and free from errors, Wedlockers does not warrant, represent, authorize or endorse the reliability, accuracy or completeness of the Material published on the Wedlockers Website, Material published on any linked website, or any information received by you as a result of using the Wedlockers website.

The Publishers do not warrant that they will continue to make the website available generally or at all and reserves the right at any time to impose or increase fees for future access to any material appearing on the website.

The Wedlockers website may utilize cookies. If you do not have cookies enabled in your web browser some functions of the site may not work as intended.

Content You Supply

Wedlockers may provide you with the ability to communicate with Wedlockers, the Wedlockers Website, General Users, Business Users including advertisers and other users of the Wedlockers Website, including through a business listing, agreements, online forms, electronic requests and enquiries, bulletin boards, blogs, competition entries, online forums, telephone and other forms of electronic messaging (Communications Services).

You grant to Wedlockers a non exclusive, payment free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to reproduce, modify, delete, adapt and publish any Content you post, upload or otherwise transmit via Communications Services to the Wedlockers Website.

You acknowledge that Communications Services may be public and not private communications. Further, you acknowledge that Communication Services should not be considered reviewed, screened or approved by Wedlockers.

You must not do any of the following:
- transmit any information or material which is incorrect, misleading or deceptive;
- transmit any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful information or material;
- use the Communications Services for any unlawful purpose;
- post or upload files that contain software or other material or information in breach of any person’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
- upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer;
- delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded;
- advertise or offer to sell any products or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests or other material via the Communications Services other than as approved by Wedlockers;
- download any file posted by another user of the Communications Services;
- excessively use the Communications Services in a manner which may hinder or prevent Wedlockers from providing services to any other persons or which may threaten the integrity or use by any person of the Wedlockers Website; or
- authorize, aid, abet, encourage or incite any person to do any of the above acts.

You represent and warrant to Wedlockers that:
- you are fully authorized to publish and to authorize Wedlockers to publish all Content you submit to Wedlockers
- publication of Content posted or submitted by you in accordance with these terms and conditions will not, at any time, infringe any intellectual property right, moral right or any right of confidence or other right of any person;
- you have the ability to grant the Content licence granted above;
- all Content you post of the Wedlockers Website or submit to Wedlockers will, at all times, comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- you have obtained the consent of all individuals whose personal information is included in the Content you post on the Wedlockers Website or submit to Wedlockers;
- all Content you post on the Wedlockers Website or submit to Wedlockers will be current and accurate, and will not mislead or deceive end users of the Wedlockers Website.

Wedlockers may, but has no obligation to, review the use of the Communications Services by you and delete, edit, refuse to post or remove in whole or part any information or material uploaded or posted using the Communications Services.

Images and video:
Wedlockers provides a high quality visual browsing experience and maintains high content standards. All images and video on the Wedlockers website are governed by quality guidelines including, but not limited to;
- quality of media

- content of media

Wedlockers reserves the right to remove images and videos from the website that do not conform with those guidelines. If we remove your content, we will inform you & provide further feedback.

Wedlockers Subscriptions

These Terms and Conditions govern your Subscription with Wedlockers. Your Subscription to and/or your use of subscribed services indicates your acceptance of these terms. Wedlockers may change these terms and conditions from time to time. We will post these changes on the Wedlockers Website. If you object to these changes, you may cancel your Subscription. When you continue to use or access the Wedlockers Website using your Subscription you indicate your acceptance of these new terms.

A Wedlockers Subscription provides you access via a secure login to use and view Subscribers’ Features on the Website (which are not available to non-subscribing users) including;
- Access additional search parameters
- View business recommendations
- View business endorsements
- Keep track of your preferred suppliers in one auto-collated list and;
- Confirm the availability of Suppliers with a single click

Registration

You must register your details and pay the Membership Fee as advertised on the Wedlockers Website to use the site’s Subscription Features. Your Subscription will commence immediately on receipt by us of completed payment and subscription details.

When you register, you must choose a valid username and password before you can access Subscriber Features. You are responsible for the security of your user name and password. You must not divulge your username and password (or cause to be revealed through any act or omission) to anyone else. If we suspect multiple users have access to your user name and password, we can suspend your Subscription immediately. You are responsible for all use and any charges associated with your username and password. Your username and password are not otherwise transferable.

You must not use false or misleading information when registering or using our Services and you must update your details if they have changed since your last use of our Services. Wedlockers is not responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer because you have not provided complete, accurate and up-to-date information.

Pricing & Payment

If you are under the age of 18 you require consent from your parent or guardian and the card holder to authorize charges to be made.

Wedlockers offers a monthly subscription service. A monthly subscription is an agreement whereby the individual joins, and has access to the advertised website Features for a period of no less than 30 days. Monthly subscriptions will be renewed Subscription at any time. When our prices change, we will provide you with 28 days notice to the email address you registered with us. Once the new pricing comes into effect, Wedlockers may alter your automatic payment arrangements accordingly.

When you register with Wedlockers for the first time, or re-register (if your Subscription is cancelled), the initial term of your Subscription is a non-refundable 30 day period. Subsequently, the Subscription Fee is to be made by automatic recurring payment every month via a debit/credit card. Payments are made in advance and are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) only. Visa and MasterCard are the accepted credit cards.

You will authorize the automatic monthly drawing arrangements when you enter your debit/credit card details into the form on our website. The first payment will be drawn immediately.

Wedlockers will automatically charge the recurring payment every month in advance, subject to the terms set out below, until such time as we are advised to stop. Where the due date falls on a non business day, we will draw the amount on the next business day. The amount we will charge is the advertised rate on the Wedlockers Website inclusive of GST, or if this amount is different from your agreement with us and you are within a 28 day notification period, then we will charge you the amount owing according to our agreement with you.

The Paypal or debit/credit card details of all subscribers are retained by SecurePay Australia which is the payment gateway used by Wedlockers to process payments. Changes to PayPal or debit/credit card details can be made online via My Account.

Your Subscription payment is processed up to 5 days prior to the commencement of each billing period. If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. We may re-attempt payment several times. If we are unable to process your payment prior to the commencement of the next billing period we may cancel your Subscription.

Cancellation

You can Cancel your Subscription at any time by accessing My Account. If your Subscription is cancelled, Wedlockers does not guarantee that we can restore your previous Subscription and the content saved to it, including your list of preferred suppliers and their availability.

Your Subscription will continue until cancelled by either you or Wedlockers. When you cancel your Subscription before the end of your current prepaid subscription period, Wedlockers will continue to provide the Subscribed services until the prepaid subscription period expires. When you cancel your Subscription less than 10 days before the end of your current prepaid subscription period, Wedlockers may charge you for the next calendar month and continue your Subscription until the expiry of that period.

Wedlockers may cancel Subscription at any time by virtue of non-payment.

Refunds

Wedlockers will consider refunds on an individual basis. If you would like to request a refund for any reason please contact us at info@wedlockers.com.au.

Free Trial

Wedlockers may offer a no obligation free Subscription trial. Wedlockers reserves the right to change the length of the free trial period. For access to the free trial, users will have to complete the registration process on the Wedlockers website.

Our Communication with Members

We may send notifications to you by email, SMS or social media including:
- The status of, availability or other notifications from wedding suppliers who are listed as potential Suppliers in your Account;
- Special offers and marketing programs that you have opted into;
- Updates about your Subscription including but not limited to new features that are available to you on the Wedlockers Website;
- Occasional newsletters.

We may also send push notifications to mobile applications.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage you suffer if you do not receive such notifications for any reason.

Service Guarantee

We will take every reasonable step to minimize interruption to your use of the Wedlockers Website. If for any reason the Wedlockers Website is offline or your enjoyment of Subscribed Features is interrupted for a period of more than 3 days, Wedlockers may choose to refund a portion of your monthly subscription fee.

Business Services

These Terms and Conditions govern your Business Registration with Wedlockers and your use of Business Services when using the Wedlockers Website. Your Business Registration and/or your use of Business Services indicates your acceptance of these terms. Wedlockers may change these terms and conditions from time to time. We will post these changes on the Wedlockers Website. If you object to these changes, you may cancel your Business Registration. When you continue to use Business Services you indicate your acceptance of these new terms.

When you have completed Business Registration, Wedlockers will provide you with a free Business Profile on the website, which you can use to promote your products and services and to collect endorsements and recommendations in the wedding industry.

Business Registration

You must complete Business Registration to use the site’s Business Services, which provides access to:
- Create and edit a Business Profile,
- Receive endorsements & recommendations,
- Endorse & recommend other Businesses,
- Upgrade & downgrade your Business Subscription

When you complete Business Registration, you will be provided with access to Business Services via a secure login. You must create a Business Profile before you can utilize any other Business Services.

When you register, you must choose a valid username and password before you can access Business Services. You are responsible for the security of your user name and password. You must not divulge your username and password (or cause to be revealed through any act or omission) to anyone who is not authorized to manage your Business Account with Wedlockers. Invoicing and Payment details are accessible when the username and password are used to sign in to Wedlockers.

You understand that you are responsible for all activity, not just on your own Business Profile but on any Business Profile on the Wedlockers website, which is conducted using your username and password. You are responsible for all use and any charges associated with your username and password. Your username and password are not otherwise transferable.

You warrant to Wedlockers that you are authorized to complete the Business Registration and represent the Registered Business in all activity that is undertaken by your registered user name and password on the Wedlockers website.

Your access to Business Services will commence immediately on receipt by us of completed registration details. If you take advantage of or otherwise abuse the free access we provide you to Business Services and its associated functions, we can cancel your access to Business Services and remove your Business Profile from the website.

Search Algorithm

The Wedlockers Website uses a search algorithm to rank vendors in search results. The algorithm prioritises vendors with the most relevant portfolio to the searched criteria. Any business can appear highest in search results at any time by managing their portfolio content.

Wedlockers is committed to providing equal opportunity to all businesses seeking high placement in search results. We reserve the right to change the method we use to calculate the order that businesses appear in Search Results.

Billing

Subscriptions are sold on a monthly basis at the rate displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) on the website. See Pricing and Payment above for terms regarding payments.

When you purchase a Subscription, you are buying the Subscriber benefits as listed in My Account on the Wedlockers Website.

Content Standards

Wedlockers is very serious about maintaining high content standards for our users by providing access to constantly relevant and up-to-date Material. If we can not confirm your business has been active within the last 3 months, we will remove your business profile from the Wedlockers website.

Periodically, Wedlockers may conduct activity on your Business Profile for you. This activity can include, but is not limited to; updating business information and adding Content. If Wedlockers decides to publish Content onto your Business Profile, we will tell you via the email address you have registered with us. You can edit the content of your Business Profile at any time by logging into My Account.

For the purposes of promoting your products and services to Wedlockers users, you authorize Wedlockers to publish content onto your Wedlockers Business Profile.

Copyright

If you are a Photography or Videography business you guarantee to Wedlockers that unless expressly published otherwise on your websites, you own the copyright to all Media (Your Media) on the website addresses you provide to us. You authorize Wedlockers to publish Your Media onto your Business Profile at any time. You understand that you can remove any Media from your Business Profile at any time. Wedlockers will not publish any other business’s Media onto the Business Profile of Photography or Videography businesses.

You authorize Wedlockers to publish Your Media onto any other Business Profiles on the Wedlockers website for the purpose of promoting that business’s products or services. Wedlockers will not publish Your Media onto the Business Profiles of other Photographers or Videographers. When we publish Your Media onto any Business Profile that is not yours, Wedlockers will credit your business name, and may provide a link to your Business Profile, with the photo(s) and/or video(s).

Our Communication with Members

We may send notifications to you by email, SMS or social media including:
- Enquiries regarding your availability initiated by potential customers
- Details regarding activity connected with your Business Profile
- Updates about our services including but not limited to new features that are available to you on the Wedlockers Website;
- Occasional newsletters.

We may also send push notifications to mobile applications.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage you suffer if you do not receive such notifications for any reason.

When we send you enquiries regarding your availability, your immediate response will provide the best opportunity to secure an enquiry from that customer. Wedlockers is very serious about the quality of service we provide to customers. If you repeatedly fail to respond to availability enquiries from Wedlockers, we may suspend the availability feature on your Business Profile or cancel your Business Registration. We will advise you of our intention to cancel your Business Registration with 28 days notice and you can contact us at info@wedlockers.com.au if you’d like to discuss this with us.

Your Communication with Wedlockers

You must not make defamatory, threatening, offensive or unlawful conduct of third parties or publication of any materials relating to or constituting such conduct. Endorsement of businesses registered with Wedlockers is to be completed in good faith. If you abuse the Wedlockers Business Services in any way, including by posting negative, defamatory, threatening or offensive comments onto the Business Profile of another supplier, Wedlockers will remove your comments from the website and cancel your Business Registration without warning.

Service Guarantee

We will take every reasonable step to minimize interruption to your use of Business Services on the Wedlockers Website. If for any reason the Wedlockers Website is offline or your enjoyment of Business Services is interrupted for a period of more than 3 days, Wedlockers may choose to refund a portion of the Subscription fee.

Wedlockers reserve the right to approve or decline Business Registration for any reason without explanation. Wedlockers reserve the right to cancel the Business Registration of any supplier for any reason, at any time, without explanation.

Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting www.wedlockers.com.au. We respect and protect the privacy of our users. This privacy policy tells you how we collect and use information across the Wedlockers website and associated entities.

We are committed to complying with Commonwealth legislation governing privacy of personal information by businesses and to protecting and safeguarding your privacy when you deal with us.

The Wedlockers “Platform” includes the Wedlockers website, affiliated businesses that deliver services through the Wedlockers website and our social media accounts.

Collection of Information

1 Wedlockers may collect personal information from you when you:
- Register on the Wedlockers Website
- Register a Business on the Wedlockers Website
- Purchase a Subscription Service
- Submit content to the Wedlockers platform
- Use the Wedlockers Platform (including cookies)
- Sign up for Emails
- Contact us

2 Wedlockers may collect personal information about you (and/or your business) when we:
- Visit your website
- Visit your social media pages
- Conduct online search

3 Wedlockers may collect sensitive information about your race or ethnicity in relation to providing wedding related services. We do not collect political opinions or associations with such (including plebiscites for example), unless you purposefully provide that content.

Use of Information

4 Wedlockers uses your personal information to provide services to you including, but not limited to:
- Promotion of products & services
- Connecting you with products, services & vendors
- Browsing
- Curating
- Access to research
- Wedding planning tools

5 Wedlockers may use your personal information to develop or improve our services through:
- Tracking usage
- Seeking feedback
- Contacting you

6 Wedlockers may disclose your personal information to third parties where required to provide you with our services. For example, but not limited to:
- SecurePay to process financial transactions
- Our IT partners in the delivery & maintenance of the Wedlockers Platform

7 Wedlockers may disclose your personal information where required to third parties, for example when you participate in competitions or giveaways through the Wedlockers Platform. We will request your express consent, whenever we intend to share your personal information with 3^rd parties beyond what could be reasonably expected in delivering our normal services.
