White Chapel Kalbar

Through the grand front doors of White Chapel Kalbar, you’ll find an era of understated elegance. Vintage style chandeliers, classical white bentwood chairs and a magnificent backlit altar adorn the light-filled space. Equipped with modern day luxuries including wifi, air-conditioning and bluetooth sound, the historic White Chapel Kalbar offers a picture perfect location for romantic wedding ceremonies.

A hidden door from the main area leads to the ‘partner’s reception area’. Here, the partner and their bridal team can relax overlooking the landscaped gardens complete with tiered fountain and enjoy the lead up to impending celebrations.

Behind White Chapel Kalbar is Black Hall - a once humble ’Sunday school’, has now been transformed into a sophisticated reception venue with outdoor pergola bar. Behind the barn doors are restored timber floors, panelled walls, a stone fireplace and long rustic timber tables set with oak cross-backed chairs.

You can hire White Chapel Kalbar for your wedding ceremony and photos only, or add Black Hall and The Barn Bar to your wedding package. Outdoor ceremonies, cocktail receptions and yard games can be held in the gardens.

White Chapel Kalbar has its own bus and 1948 Bentley providing transport options for you & your guests. Just 100 metres down the road we have our accommodation ‘Herrmann House’ that can sleep 2 – 8 people. It has 4 ensuite bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms with fireplace and a central bbq area. Another 120 beds are available within 15 minutes of the chapel.
