Tides Byron Estate
Your own private estate for the ceremony, celebration and time together. Tides Byron Estate is set within 22 hectares of macadamia orchard in the Byron Bay hinterland, with valley views, a Fig Tree ceremony setting, Grand Hall and private Villa.
THE EXCLUSIVE ESTATE WEDDING
Host up to 160 wedding guests, with indoor wet-weather options and an 11:30 pm celebration curfew. Your package includes two nights in the Villa for approximately 20 guests. The Villa has eight bedrooms and six bathrooms; extra beds can accommodate up to 23 by arrangement.
Standard estate package fees are AUD 10,560 including GST for Monday–Thursday, or AUD 14,410 including GST for Friday–Sunday. These are fixed estate venue fees with no guest surcharge or recovery fee. Selected off-season dates may be available at special rates. Intimate weddings and elopements have tailored pricing and inclusions for dates within the next eight months, subject to availability.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Exclusive estate use, Fig Tree ceremony and Grand Hall reception access, ceremony and reception furniture, tableware and linen, lighting and sound, commercial kitchen and cold room, plus setup and pack-down of Tides-owned furniture and venue equipment. Up to 10 hours of venue-side planning and logistics support before your wedding helps with suppliers, access and wet-weather arrangements.
Catering and beverages are selected and charged separately. Four beverage packages include bar staff, bar service and equipment. BYO and bar tabs are not available. Full wedding planning, styling and on-the-day coordination are separate services. Security may be required for events over 100 guests and is quoted separately.

For Friday–Sunday weddings in 2028, choose an extra Villa night, giving you three nights together, or a complimentary Family Polaroid Experience beneath the Fig Tree: Polaroid I-2, 3 hours, 50 photographs and an album (standard price A$1,500). Choose the gifted extra night and add the Polaroid experience for A$1,000. Please discuss the extra-night dates and your preferred gift with us when booking.
