St Albans Courthouse, Homestead, Stables and Hall
The St Albans Courthouse, Homestead and Stables is able to sleep 18 guests. There is an historic wedding venue (St Albans School of Arts Hall) walking distance (bottom of the driveway). This is a DIY venue, with only the location supplied.
A 4 day exclusive hire is $7500, for the Courthouse (sleeps 8), Homestead (sleeps 8) and Stables (sleeps 2), plus the hire of the Hall for the wedding function. Hire is from Thursday 10am until Monday 10am.
A bond of $2000 will be held for any damages.
