Previously the world’s largest wood chip mill, the site purveys a transcendent stillness that is truly unmatched with water views that stretch from the portside town of trayapana/Triabunna to wukaluwikiwayna/Maria Island National Park.

And a dedicated in-house event planner who will be with you every step of the way. From Instagram-worthy backdrops, creating a custom-designed garden-to-plate menu or aligning with your sustainability values, we're here to make sure things go right. Choose from a range of added experiences like tree-planting and historical walks to create a celebration full of lasting memories.

Enjoy our stylish off-grid accommodation options with stunning sea views and outdoor hot tubs. We can accommodate up to 118 people onsite, but if you need more we can arrange other nearby accommodation.

Banksia Room - Stunning sea views, sandstone-paved outdoor fire-pit, award-winning architecture and the smell of timber. With adjoining bar, lounge area and fully-equipped commercial kitchen, this multi-purpose venue offers a light-filled, versatile space with stunning sea views.

Tin Shed - We’re not one for buzzwords but what was once the centre of the former wood chip production line creates a space that is shall we say - a vibe. Great for wedding receptions, the Tin Shed has an open air-deck, bar and sweeping sea views

Windlass Deck - Wedding ceremony or intimate outdoor dining. Lay down some mats for morning yoga or evening meditation. The views, the landscaping and the gentle sea breeze surrounding this simple outdoor space elevate it to something spectacular.

Amphitheatre - Up-cycled from the base of the giant ‘jet-slinger’ that shifted thousands of tonnes of wood chips, the amphitheatre now centres around a giant sundial and is a spectacular spot for wedding ceremonies.
