Briars Conservatory

The Conservatory at Briars is an exclusive country wedding venue, situated in the heart of the Southern Highlands NSW and only moments from the townships of Bowral and Moss Vale. Briars boasts some of the most beautiful grounds and is the perfect venue for an intimate romantic country wedding.

The Conservatory is an architecturally designed space situated on acres of historic land and features floor to ceiling windows, exposed beam work, open plan floor design and a lounge area by an open fireplace.

The space holds a capacity of 120 guests for a seated function and up to 160 guests for a cocktail style event. Each of our wedding packages include exclusive use and hire of the grounds and Conservatory, an extensive food & beverage menu, plus your own dedicated in-house Wedding Coordinator.

Ceremonies can be held at the lakeside gazebo or by the willow tree; both locations nestled in front of our private lake and extensive lawns.

The historic Briars Inn is located next door. Originally built in 1845 it is a unique opportunity to capture a piece of Southern Highlands history in your wedding photographs while your guests enjoy a toast to the happy couple in the multiple outdoor alfresco areas or intimate lounge bars by open fires.

Not forgetting those dearest to you, there are 31 fully appointed accommodation suites at The Lodge, overlooking the lake and grounds.
